Many times I receive emails from widows.  First, please know, I, too, am a widow.  And also, each relationship is unique, and we always honor that throughout the 12 weeks of the Grief Recovery® Seminar.  Another widow will often approach me after they have been in a Widows Support Group someplace like at a hospital or a church.  They felt affirmed in their grief with other widows whom they felt understood their bereavement....  And yet, weeks later, their hearts are still bleeding, they are in emotional pain of one kind of another, and they simply do not know HOW to complete that pain.  They feel stuck and often voice a feeling of, "I don't feel I'm coping well...."
